I am having a dinner party tomorrow night. I need to create a menu. I am usually really good at whipping things up and having them be amazing. I am off to the store to grocery shop.

UPDATE:
I am making homemade mini pizzas with a wheat crust and fresh basil and mozzarella, then roasted chicken with broccoli and tomatoes over pasta in a light white wine cream sauce and a light salad on the side. Desert is still up in the air. :/
